supliments effect our academics

In 12week my gruop should prepare one report writing, for subject BEL

after  consultation with our lecture we got the topic which is the supliments affect the students academics.

so here i want to share something,

here are 10 best food for brain;


1. water

2. fish which contains DHA, an omega 3.

4. complex carbohydrate which can obtain from fruits, whole grains and vegetables.
5. green tea for mental alertness.
6. egg which contain vitamin B can enhance the brain memory
7. soy-bean which contain Nattokinase which enhance blood flow at the brain.
8. phospatidyl serine(PS). people who take this will remember more name,face etc. it bulit dendrites and exon
9. Alpha lipoic acids (ALA) it can prevent stroke.
10. acetyl-L-carnitine. enhance production of neurotransmitter.
